Wow, D&D nerds and war game nerds sound EXACTLY alike.
I think war game nerds are just a darwinian mutation of RPG nerds. I'll let you decide which one natural selection will weed out first.
Considering Gygax's origins as a wargamer, that doesn't surprise me in the least.
